LIT & MORE – TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the professional relationship between Lit & More LLC (“Lit & More,” “we,” “our,” “us”) and the client (“Client,” “you”). By submitting materials, requesting work, or engaging Lit & More for any services (including through email, portal upload, or in person), Client agrees to these Terms.


1. Purpose of Engagement

Lit & More provides litigation-support services including but not limited to:

Lit & More acts as a production partner, not a legal reviewer. We do not interpret, evaluate, or alter legal content. We execute your instructions exactly as provided.

2. Client Responsibilities

Client agrees to:

  1. Provide clear written instructions for each project.
  2. Ensure that materials are organized, labeled, and ready for production.
  3. Identify sensitive content that requires special handling (PHI, confidentiality labels, etc.).
  4. Confirm that Client has legal right and authority to share the data with Lit & More.

Lit & More is not responsible for:

If instructions are unclear, Lit & More may pause production until clarified.

3. Lit & More Responsibilities

Lit & More does not edit, proofread, review for legal accuracy, or determine relevance. We handle the execution — not the interpretation — of the data.

4. Data Handling and Confidentiality

All data submitted to Lit & More is handled per:

If Client requires different retention windows, that must be stated in writing before job start.

6. Intellectual Property

All content supplied by the Client remains the sole property of the Client. Lit & More does not claim ownership over:

7. Limitation of Liability

Lit & More will perform services with commercially reasonable skill, care, and security. However, due to the nature of litigation and the speed at which jobs are often required:

8. Delivery, Proofing, and Acceptance

Client is responsible for reviewing:

Once materials are delivered and accepted (physically or digitally), the job is considered closed. Requests for changes after delivery constitute a new job.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, regardless of conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in Lee County, Florida.

10. Agreement & Modification

By submitting materials or requesting work, Client acknowledges and agrees to all terms above. Lit & More may update these Terms periodically. The most current version will always be available at:
