We support law firms, litigation teams, and legal professionals with secure document handling and print production.

2. Our Commitment

Lit & More provides trial-ready printing, exhibit production, data handling, and on-site litigation support services nationwide. We treat all data entrusted to us — digital or physical — with the same care and confidentiality as we treat trial exhibits.

We are not a marketing company. We do not sell data. We exist to help law firms win trials — and trust is part of that service.

3. What We Collect

3.1 Personal Information

Only what is necessary to communicate with you and execute the work you request:

• Name
• Firm / Company
• Email address
• Phone number
• Billing / mailing address
• Job-related instructions

3.2 Litigation / Client Data

This is the core of our business. It may include:

• PDFs, eDiscovery exports, emails, spreadsheets, load files
• Exhibits, deposition transcripts, photos, recordings
• Physical or digital evidence intended for print or reproduction

We do not open, read, or review the content of your files beyond what is necessary to execute your instructions or apply quality control.

3.3 Usage/Technical Data

Automatically collected when visiting our website:

• IP address
• Browser/device type
• Pages viewed

We do not use this to track individuals for advertising.

4. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

• Communicate regarding an active or potential job
• Fulfill service requests (printing, exhibit creation, scanning, delivery)
• Generate invoices and process payment
• Maintain internal quality and service metrics
• Improve our systems and workflow

We Do NOT:

• Sell client or visitor data
• Use job files for marketing or internal training
• Allow third parties to access client data without written direction

5. Confidentiality & Security (Litigation-Grade)

We treat all client uploads and physical materials as confidential. Security measures include:

• Secure encrypted storage for job files
• Restricted access to production environments
• Confidentiality agreements with all team members and vendors
• No downloading of client files to personal devices
• Automatic deletion timelines (see Section 7)

Data processing may occur in the United States or through vetted systems required to execute your instructions (ex: upload portals, secure file transfer).

6. Third-Party Sharing

To execute a job	Courier, print vendor, or support technician assisting your project
Legal compliance	Court order, subpoena, or written direction from your firm
Systems support	Secure hosting / platform services (server, email, intake platforms)

We do not share file contents with marketing companies, AI vendors, or data brokers — ever.

7. Data Retention / File Deletion

• Job files are automatically deleted after 60 days unless you instruct us otherwise.
• Files required for billing/audit compliance (invoices, receipts, metadata) may be retained longer.

8. Account Access & User Control

You may:

• Request a copy of data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements)

9. Cookies (Minimal Use)

We use basic cookies only to:

We do not use cookies to track browsing on other websites or for ad targeting.

10. Data Processing & Confidentiality Addendum

This section clarifies our obligations when handling confidential client data.

• All materials are treated as confidential and privileged
• Access is restricted to authorized personnel only
• No copying, forwarding, or saving to non-secure locations
• Confidentiality maintained indefinitely — even after project completion

11. HIPAA / PHI Compliance Rider

Lit & More functions as a Business Associate under HIPAA when handling Protected Health Information (PHI). We process PHI only for litigation support, never for marketing or analytics.
