Your files are processed with precision by our team. Quality is checked against your instructions throughout the entire job.
You receive your completed files alongside an email or pdf summary.
What format will I receive emails in?
By default, emails are returned as EML files. If you need them in PDF format for easier review, just include that in your instructions and we'll convert them before delivery.
Can I specify how the emails are organized?
Yes. You can request sorting by date, sender, subject, or custodian. Include your preferred structure in your instructions and we'll apply it during processing.
What file types can you convert to and from?
We commonly handle conversions between EML, PDF, TIFF, and native formats. If you have a specific conversion requirement, include it in your instructions and we'll confirm feasibility before starting.
Will metadata be preserved during conversion?
Metadata handling depends on the target format. We'll flag anything that can't be preserved and confirm your preference before proceeding.
Where is the image number placed on the page?
By default, the number is placed in the bottom-right corner. Placement can be customized to any corner or margin position, just specify it in your instructions.
Can I use a custom prefix or starting number?
Yes. Include your desired prefix (e.g. DEF-, PLF-) and starting number in your instructions. We'll apply them exactly as specified across the full batch.
How accurate is your redaction?
Our redaction accuracy is above 95% and depends on the quality of your documents. We achieve higher accuracy with clear, typed documents than with handwritten or poor-quality scanned files. Documents in the latter category typically require manual review, which is available at a separate cost, just note this in your instructions.
Can I provide a list of terms or patterns to redact?
Yes. You can supply specific names, terms, or patterns (such as SSNs or phone numbers). The more precise your list, the more targeted the results.
Send us your files and instructions, we'll take it from there.
